On January 30, 2020 UNCG-NCA CCCC hosted a presentation on free speech and inclusion on campus with Jonathan Friedman of PEN America. The presentation, “Whose Freedom, Whose Speech?,” probed the history and current tensions surrounding free speech and inclusion on U.S. campuses. The presentation, attended by more than 100 students and faculty, was followed by a question and answer session with the audience.
